Job description

The Senior Designer leads visual execution across Sang F&B brands, ensuring consistent, high-quality design across all customer and brand touchpoints. Ideal for a detail-oriented creative with F&B experience and a passion for branding and food culture.

Main Duties and Key Responsibilities:

1.Lead creative execution across all Sang F&B brands, ensuring consistency across visual touchpoints.

2.Design high-impact visuals for campaigns, digital, menus, packaging, merchandise, in-store displays.

3.Develop and maintain brand style guides, design templates, and creative assets.

4.Plan and execute photoshoots; support basic video shoots and content creation when needed.

5.Source, conceptualize, and design branded merchandise and packaging to enhance brand visibility.

6.Liaise with vendors; oversee production to ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery.

7.Collaborate with interdepartmental teams on campaign rollouts.

8.Ensure all files are print-ready and meet technical specs; monitor production output and consistency.

9.Refine designs based on feedback, data, and campaign performance insights.

10.Manage design projects, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

11.Contribute to seasonal themes, visual storytelling, and overall creative direction.

12.Stay updated on F&B design trends, market insights, and emerging creative technologies.

13.Support store openings, events, and brand activations with necessary visual materials.

14.Perform other creative-related tasks as assigned by Management or Supervisors.

Requirements:

  • Min. 5 years’ experience in graphic or multimedia design (F&B/agency preferred).
  • Diploma/Degree in Graphic, Multimedia Design, or Visual Comms.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Skilled in photography and editing; basic videography is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, creative, and able to meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiar with food photography and creative styling.
  • Experience using AI tools (e.g. Midjourney, ChatGPT, Firefly) to enhance creative work.
  • Strong portfolio in branding, packaging, and digital content.
  • Good communicator and team player with problem-solving skills.
  • Able to plan, multitask, and work independently
