Job summary

GlobalFoundries seeks a Senior Analyst, Tax & Subsidies to support APAC government grants, compliance and reporting. You will coordinate with Finance, HR, Payroll and project teams to ensure timely delivery of assigned activities and attach grant master files for audits.

You will monitor milestones, manage grant accounting, prepare cash flow reports and assist with P&L forecasts. The role emphasizes process improvement and audit readiness across multiple grants and agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, audit, tax, compliance or government grants/incentives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with end-to-end ownership and multiple deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Quick learner, proactive and adaptable to change.

Responsibilities

• Manage grant compliance, milestone monitoring and grant accounting for assigned grants.
• Prepare monthly grant cash flow reports and support quarterly P&L forecasts.
• Support grant financial audits and required compliance submissions.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and grant master files.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to validate financial and operational data.
• Drive process improvements and automation to improve reporting accuracy.
• Undertake ad hoc projects as assigned.
