Job summary

Matrixport is seeking a backend-focused software engineer to design, develop, and maintain core risk management features. You will write tests, review code, and collaborate with product and QA to deliver secure software for high-concurrency environments.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in backend development, hands-on REST API and network programming, plus strong teamwork skills; fintech experience is a plus. This is a full-time on-site role in Malaysia, with a global mandate in crypto finance.

• Participate in technical scheme discussion to ensure the stability, availability, and security of the system under high concurrent access.

Requirements:

• Backend development experience in commercial projects 2+ yrs
• Hands-on HTTP/WebServices/REST API knowledge
• Network-related programming experience
• Multi-threaded programming experience
• Positive and optimistic, strong sense of responsibility, good team communication, and cooperation ability;

Will Be A Plus:

• Hand-on Prometheus and Grafana experience
• Experience in fintech industry
