Job summary

Zebra Technologies is seeking a seasoned Global Supply Planner in Malaysia to translate regional demand into an executable supply plan. You will work with contract manufacturers to forecast and ensure on-time delivery to regional distribution centers, managing inventory and capitalizing on opportunities to improve service levels.

Ideal candidates have 12+ years in supply chain roles, international experience, and a strong background in materials management, forecasting, and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 12+ years of experience in supply chain or global planning.
• International supply chain experience is a must.
• Experience in electronics industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review vendor requirements and translate into executable supply plans.
• Engage stakeholders to derive business requirements and translate into specs.
• Identify gaps and propose remediation across processes.
• Design strategies to meet project deliverables.
• Oversee system issues and drive resolution within portfolio.
• Lead process documentation and identify improvement opportunities.
• Prepare supply chain plans and ensure on-time shipments.
• Escalate shortages and mitigate capacity constraints.
• Negotiate with suppliers and resolve problems with key contacts.
