Job summary

You will collaborate with GPMO, QA, Plan and Logistics, manage price reviews, and ensure CSR and supplier code of conduct compliance while optimizing performance metrics.

Qualifications

• This role requires 10+ years in procurement, sourcing, logistics at managerial level.
• MBA is a plus; postgraduate business knowledge is valued.
• Strong integrity, interpersonal and cross-geography communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Devise and lead sourcing strategies via the 7 Steps Strategic Sourcing Process for long-term benefits.
• Build strategic alliances with outsourced manufacturers to secure competitive advantage.
• Develop, negotiate and implement price review mechanisms aligned to market dynamics.
• Collaborate with regional/global teams (GPMO, QA, Plan, Logistics) on sourcing projects.
• Engage Legal & QA to ensure CSR compliance and supply agreement execution.
• Establish systems, processes and KPIs; monitor supplier performance and reliability.
• Develop collaboration with suppliers to meet QA, regulatory, risk and conduct requirements.
• Provide market intelligence on suppliers, products, materials, pricing and tech.
