Job summary

SYNNEX Corporation in Petaling Jaya is seeking a Senior GL Analyst to manage general ledger, fixed assets, intercompany billing, and cash-related entries. You will prepare journal entries, run balance sheet reconciliations, and support month-end and year-end closings with cross-functional teams.

The role requires a 5+ year background in GL accounting, IFRS/US GAAP knowledge, and strong English communication. Hybrid work arrangement applies, 3 days in office, with familiar SAP ERP usage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• 5+ years of GL accounting experience.
• Experience with IFRS/US GAAP is a plus.
• Strong English communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain general ledger, fixed assets and intercompany accounting.
• Prepare journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Collaborate with AP/AR and controllers for timely closings.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Review and ensure accuracy of reporting and compliance.
