Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior GEB Developer with deep technical expertise in Axway Managed File Transfer / Secure Transport. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and optimizing secure and efficient file transfer solutions. This is a critical role that supports robust data movement within enterprise environments, with additional responsibilities across scripting, databases, and server technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain solutions using Axway Managed File Transfer / Secure Transport.
• Automate operational tasks using Shell Scripting on Unix/Linux environments.
• Work with Oracle Databases (12c / 19c) including PL/SQL procedures, views, and indexes.
• Troubleshoot issues related to file transfers, system performance, and script execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including infrastructure, application support, and security.
• Participate in performance tuning, system upgrades, and audits.
• Utilize Control-M or similar tools for batch job scheduling.
• Monitor logs and system health using tools like Splunk.

Mandatory Skills:

• Axway Managed File Transfer / Axway Secure Transport.
• Unix/Linux Shell Scripting.
• Oracle Database (12c / 19c).

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Oracle WebLogic or JBoss application servers.
• Familiarity with Apache Web Server.
• Hands-on experience with Control-M or equivalent scheduling tools.
• Proficient in PL/SQL (procedures, views, indexes).
• Exposure to log monitoring tools like Splunk.

Good to Have:

• AML (Anti-Money Laundering) functional knowledge in the banking/finance domain.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in enterprise environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
