Working hours: 9am to 6pm (Mon - Fri) - Flexi hours

Job Descriptions

Lead the development and optimization of mobile and desktop games using Cocos Creator.

Collaborate closely with game designers and artists to deliver high-quality, engaging gameplay experiences.

Implement game features, systems, and mechanics as per project requirements.

Troubleshoot and resolve bugs or performance issues, ensuring a smooth user experience.

Provide technical guidance to junior developers and assist in code reviews.

Optimize code for scalability, ensuring games run efficiently on various platforms.

Work with the team to meet project deadlines while maintaining high standards for quality and performance.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance gameplay.

Job Requirements

Possess Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent.

Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in game development with a focus on Cocos Creator or Cocos2d-x.

Good communications skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (Due to nature of business and liaise with Mandarin speaking Clients).

Experience with mobile and web game development, with proven track record of delivering high-quality products.

Knowledge of game optimization techniques and best practices.

Experience with version control systems like Git.

Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with a team and communicate clearly across departments.

Worked on projects and self starter.

Able to start immediately or candidate with shorter notice period are given priority.
