Job summary

Delta Capita is seeking a Senior Analyst in Kuala Lumpur to manage end-to-end confirmations for FX & Precious Metal Options and Emerging Market Rates, ensuring timeliness and regulatory compliance. The role covers drafting confirmations, trade verification, dispute resolution, and lifecycle events while supporting MTN notes processing and ad-hoc tasks within the Confirmations team.

Qualifications

• Keen eye for detail and accuracy in processing complex confirmations.
• Strong written and spoken English; ability to communicate with multiple teams.
• Experience with FX & Precious Metal Options confirmations is preferred.
• Knowledge of ISDA confirmations, MCAs, and ISDA definitions is advantageous.
• Degree in accounting/finance/management/BA supported by relevant aspirations.

Responsibilities

• Draft legal confirmations for FX & Precious Metal Options and EMIR/ DFA-compliant products.
• Perform final trade verification against term sheets and risk systems.
• Resolve booking discrepancies with Sales, Trading and Legal teams.
• Ensure confirmations are drafted and issued within regulatory timelines.
• Manage post-trade lifecycle events such as novations and early terminations.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and risk controls.
