You will be responsible for helping to manage clients in a post-sale environment. Consultants work directly with our clients managing reported issues or enhancements, which typically include requirements gathering, hands-on configuration, problem solving, testing system interface specifications, strategy creation, and implementation.

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide consulting services and implementation of ERP, including design, blueprinting, configuration, customization, migration, UAT testing, and cutover to the Production environment.

Communicate with customers at various levels (up to senior executives) to understand business processes and requirements.

Develop functional and technical documentation, analyze requirements, and design solutions.

Support existing global customers and collaborate with the team on concept design and implementation.

Provide system post-Go-live support and classroom training as needed.

In-house on-the-job training will be provided.

Position Requirements:

Degree or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.

At least 5 years of ERP implementation experience, either from an end-user or vendor background.

Highly motivated and able to work independently.

Proven track record of implementing at least 2 full-cycle ERP projects.

Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX functionality is an advantage.

Good understanding of ERP functionalities related to Sales, Procurement, Inventory, and Production processes.

Experience in finance and accounting is an added advantage.

Fluent in both written and spoken English.

Willing to travel up to 30%, including overseas business trips, and possess own transport.
