Zusammenfassung

Manulife group is seeking an experienced Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to lead design, development, and end-to-end delivery of enterprise digital solutions in Kuala Lumpur. You will stay hands-on with solution design, code reviews, debugging, and technical decision-making.

You will lead a 3-5 person team, drive Agile execution, and ensure quality, governance, and operational readiness across initiatives. The role emphasizes secure, scalable software engineering.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field.
5-8 years of software development experience across front-end, back-end, and database technologies.
Proven experience in solution design, system architecture, and evaluating solution options.
Experience leading 3-5 team members in IT project delivery.
Experience delivering enterprise applications using Agile methods.

Aufgaben

Lead end-to-end solution design for digital applications, APIs, and platform enhancements.
Provide technical direction and mentor a 3-5 person engineering team.
Oversee delivery from requirements through deployment and stabilization.
Coordinate with stakeholders across product, QA, security, and operations.
Develop reusable components and maintain engineering discipline.
