Job summary

Mercedes-Benz Tech Malaysia (MBTMY) is seeking a senior software architect to lead design and implementation of complex software systems. You will define system architecture, mentor teams, and collaborate with customers to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

Strong Java/Kotlin, Spring, and frontend familiarity with React/Vue.js are expected, along with Jenkins/CI-CD and modern tooling. The role requires at least 6 years in related fields, a IT degree, and excellent English

Qualifications

Minimum 6 years of working experience in a related field for senior positions.
Minimum Degree education in IT or a related field.
Experience with Agile methodologies and OSS/enterprise tech such as Jira and Confluence.
IT and programming-related certifications.

Responsibilities

Implementation of product requirements in a software system based on technologies.
Development and consultation with customers on product requirements.
Conception and design of system architecture and software components.
Independent implementation and quality assurance of product increments (test automation, CI/CD, Black Duck).
Creation and maintenance of technical documentation as part of a software project.
