Job summary

Jora Malaysia seeks an AI Solutions Engineer to design, develop, test, and optimize AI-powered systems including LLMs and RAG techniques. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions and build POCs for new use cases.

The role involves integrating AI capabilities with APIs, cloud platforms, and enterprise apps, while ensuring security and governance. Prior experience with ML, Python, and NLP is essential.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of AI-related experience.
• Experience with LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, AI agents, prompt engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and optimize intelligent AI systems and solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable AI-powered solutions.
• Build and validate POCs, prototypes, and reference architectures for new AI use cases.
• Develop and integrate AI capabilities such as LLMs, AI agents, automation, and predictive analytics.
• Design and implement system integrations through APIs, databases, cloud platforms and enterprise apps.
• Support customer engagements, workshops, and pre-sales with AI expertise.
• Ensure security, governance, and Responsible AI principles across solutions.
