Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building production-grade web apps.
• Hands-on with one or more modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, Svelte, etc.).
• Experience consuming RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL services.
• Experience building and maintaining BFF services using Node.js.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis skills.
• Good understanding of frontend performance optimization and accessibility.
• Strong focus on code quality, maintainability, and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications.
• Build reusable, maintainable frontend architectures and component libraries.
• Design, build, and maintain Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) services that support frontend applications.
• Collaborate with backend teams to define APIs and deliver seamless integrations within a microservices environment.
• Debug complex issues across frontend applications, APIs, and distributed systems.
• Optimize application performance, accessibility, security, and overall user experience.
• Evaluate and adopt new technologies, frameworks, and development practices when they provide meaningful value.
• Mentor junior developers through coaching, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to technical discussions, architectural decisions, and engineering standards.
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code.
