Job summary

Capcon Asia is seeking a Senior Front End Engineer to build and scale our Angular 15+ UI for an AI-enabled talent platform. You will transform wireframes into polished, responsive web experiences and ensure UI/UX feasibility.

You’ll work 95% from home with 1–2 visits to the KL office each month, mentor two junior FE engineers, and collaborate with product and sales teams to tailor features for a global audience.

Qualifications

• Angular 15+ expertise with RxJS operators.
• Strong communicational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to turn wireframes and prototypes into functional UI components.

Responsibilities

• Turn requirements (wireframes, prototypes) into fully functional websites.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• 50-20-30 hands-on engineering balance: lead and mentor two junior FE engineers on clean, scalable code.
