Qualifications

• 12+ years in silicon design automation or front-end RTL flow development.
• Deep expertise in RTL lint/design-quality, STA/constraints, and RTL quality signoff including CDC.
• Hands-on with UPF and low-power techniques; strong scripting skills.
• Experience applying ML/AI or agents to EDA flows is a plus.
• Familiarity with industry tools and CI/regression pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Define direction and roadmap for front-end flows including lint and signoff.
• Lead AI-based modernization of lint triage and timing analysis workflows.
• Mentor design teams on flow issues, rules, and methodologies.
• Drive user enablement and best-practice documentation for timing flows.
