SmartDev Malaysia seeks a Senior Software Developer to architect and implement high-performance front-end and full-stack solutions, focusing on Next.js, React, and TypeScript, with Azure cloud integration and modern DevOps practices.

You will lead modernization of legacy systems, migrate to TypeScript, mentor junior engineers, deliver secure, scalable software in a remote-friendly, cross-border team environment, collaborate with product teams, design robust APIs, enforce security best practices,

Qualifications

7+ years of professional software development.
Strong English communication for international collaboration.
Expertise with Next.js and NestJS as core technologies.
Advanced mastery of TypeScript across frontend and backend.
Experience architecting scalable full-stack applications with React and Node.js.
Proven Azure expertise: Functions, Logic Apps, App Service, and DevOps.

Responsibilities

Architect and implement high-performance front-end solutions using Next.js and ReactJS.
Lead development projects and architect scalable, secure full-stack solutions.
Migrate legacy systems to TypeScript.
Design modular and secure services aligned with enterprise architecture patterns.
Implement AI features and AI test cases for safe use.
Maintain and migrate Azure infrastructure and services.
Optimize CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps.
