Job summary

Linergy Power Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Senior FP&A Executive to conduct financial analysis on profitability, solvency and efficiency and to prepare regular management reports for strategic decision-making.

You will monitor macroeconomic trends, evaluate regulatory changes, and develop financial insights to support planning. The role requires 5+ years in finance, FP&A experience, and proficiency with SAP and advanced Excel/PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• Over 5 years of financial work experience, including at least 3 years in FP&A role.
• Proficient in financial software and ERP systems such as SAP, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Strong communication skills and teamwork spirit
• Good stress resistance and excellent organizational coordination and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in manufacturing operational processes, cost structures, and industry-specific financial characteristics (added advantage)
• Mandarin language skills for liaison with regional stakeholders (added advantage)

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis of the company's overall operational performance, including profitability, solvency, and operational efficiency, and regularly produce operational analysis reports to provide a financial foundation for management to optimize strategies and enhance overall operational efficiency
• Monitor changes in external environments, such as macroeconomic policies and industry tax regulations, and analyze their impact on the company's financial condition and strategic execution
• Proactively develop contingency plans to ensure financial security and the stability of strategic advancement
• Regularly report the financial status and performance to senior management and the board of directors
• Manage finance-related projects, including financial evaluations for new business initiatives and sensitivity analysis modeling
• Optimize financial processes and systems to improve the efficiency and accuracy of financial operations and drive financial digital transformation by introducing advanced financial tools and technologies
• Comply with the company Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) policies and procedures, and participate in EHS programs and training as required
