Job summary

The Senior Finance Analyst (Product Supply) at Vinda SEA is a strategic FP&A partner for the Supply Chain, collaborating with Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics and Warehousing to drive financial planning, cost optimization and operational performance across the end-to-end supply chain.

Based at Vinda SEA HQ in Klang, this role conducts variance analyses, finished goods cost reviews, prepares monthly P&L analyses, forecasts and annual budgets for warehouse and logistics, and leads reporting

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or related discipline.
2–4 years of experience in cost accounting/product supply controlling/FP&A functions.

Responsibilities

Perform variance analysis on Warehouse, Logistics, Freight, and Transport expenses.
Conduct Finished Goods Cost analysis to support cost reduction and margin enhancement.
Prepare monthly P&L analysis by reviewing expenses and variances against budget and forecast.
Prepare forecasts and annual budgets related to Warehouse, Logistics, Freight and Transport operations.
Drive reporting automation and continuous improvement initiatives for systems and processes.
Support month-end closing activities and audits.
Liaise with auditors and provide necessary documentation as needed.
