Job summary

Wilhelmsen Ship Management is seeking an experienced FP&A leader to drive budgeting, forecasting and strategic financial analysis. You will partner with senior stakeholders to improve profitability and forecast accuracy across a multinational maritime business.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in FP&A, strong modelling skills, and proficiency with SAP, OneStream, SAC, and BI tools. English communication and cross-functional collaboration are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or Economics.
• 7+ years of FP&A, financial planning, reporting or performance roles.
• Experience in maritime/shipping or asset-intensive industries is a plus.
• Strong modelling, forecasting, and scenario planning capabilities.
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting across Wilhelmsen Ship Management in line with strategy.
• Drive rolling forecasts: revenue, personnel costs, OPEX, profitability.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses for decisions.
• Review forecasts vs budget and challenge assumptions.
• Create dashboards and self-service reporting for transparency.
