Senior Forensic Accountant

Forensic Accounting Services (FAS) specialises in the quantification of business interruption and financial losses. We regularly partner with global insurers, re-insurers, and captives to assist in settling insurance claims. Our experts are engaged by the legal profession to assist in a wide range of contentious matters and disputes.

Working with some of the industry’s most experienced professionals, you will analyse business interruption and stock claims, conduct investigative accounting, and work on litigation support cases. This role offers an opportunity to grow your career as you help grow the business.

Main duties:
  • Carry out research to add value to the matter being worked on;
  • Request information required for loss assessments;
  • Attend meetings and calls as requested;
  • Make accurate notes from meetings and calls;
  • Review and investigate financial information;
  • Prepare analysis and loss calculation schedule packs;
  • Write letters and reports;
  • Maintain well-organized paper and electronic files;
  • Collaborate with senior accountants and adjusters on status updates;
  • Participate in business development activities;
  • Perform other duties within the scope of the role;
  • Ensure compliance with operational, CR, and H&S procedures and policies, responding appropriately when required.

Education/Qualifications:
