Technip Energies in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia is seeking a Senior Flow Assurance Engineer to execute and coordinate Flow Assurance activities for assigned projects. You will deliver high-quality work in line with project requirements and company standards, supporting the Lead Flow Assurance Engineer with technical expertise.

We are currently seeking for Senior Flow Assurance Engineer to join our team based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Job Purpose
To execute and coordinate Flow Assurance engineering activities for assigned project scopes. To deliver high-quality technical work in compliance with project requirements, company standards, and applicable engineering practices. To support the Lead Flow Assurance Engineer in achieving project objectives by providing sound technical expertise and ensuring the quality, accuracy, and timely completion of assigned Flow Assurance deliverables.
About The Job
Responsibilities of Role:
Plans and executes assigned Flow Assurance activities in accordance with project requirements.
Supports the Lead Flow Assurance Engineer in the delivery of the discipline scope.
Performs steady-state and transient flow assurance simulations and develops simulation models.
Prepares and maintains the Flow Assurance Simulation Basis.
Reviews and validates discipline input data for assigned work scopes.
Develops engineering solutions to meet project requirements and resolve technical issues.
Liaises with other engineering disciplines to ensure effective technical interfaces.
Performs engineering analysis and interprets simulation results to support project decision-making.
Ensures the technical quality, accuracy and completeness of assigned engineering deliverables.
Reviews the work of junior engineers and provides technical guidance and mentoring where required.
Participates in engineering coordination, design review and client technical meetings, as required.
Supports technical presentations and communicates engineering findings to the project team and Client.
Assists in the preparation of technical reports, deliverables and project documentation.
Provides technical input for management of change, technical queries and scope change assessments.
Contributes to continuous improvement of Flow Assurance methodologies, tools and work processes.
Ensures compliance with applicable company procedures, industry standards, client specifications and engineering best practices.
Complies with relevant statutory regulations, quality management systems and HSE requirements.
Participates in quality assurance activities, including technical reviews and audits, as required.
About You
Must have:
Minimum - first Degree in Chemical Engineering (or related subject) and CEng &/or PEng.
Minimum of 7 years dedicated Flow Assurance experience.
Knowledge of simulation software (OLGA, PIPESIM, PVTSim, Multiflash). Knowledge in alternative software such as Synery Pipeline Simulator or Pipenet is a bonus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Business Suite
Demonstrates pro-active behaviours , is enthusiastic and a strong team player
Demonstrates strong analytical/problem solving skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong commitment to HSES
