Job summary

Hytech in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Senior Financial Performance Analyst to join a dynamic team focused on maintaining financial integrity, analysing corporate performance, reviewing profitability, and supporting daily financial processes.

You will reconcile projects and accounts, prepare monthly and quarterly reviews, and synthesize large data sets for stakeholders with high accuracy and attention to detail. Immediate start preferred where possible.

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma, bachelor’s or professional degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, Business Analytics or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of working experience in a related field, preferably within financial services.
• Excellent communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (Mandarin is an added advantage).
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to multi-task under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (IF, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) for financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support daily processes including reconciliation of projects/accounts and monthly financial data analysis.
• Manage monthly and quarterly corporation performance reviews and overhead cost reviews.
• Analyze sales team profitability and prepare performance sheets covering sales, costs and profit & loss.
• Create, maintain and update financial databases and spreadsheets for required reports.
• Synthesize large data sets to summarize concepts and communicate them to stakeholders.
• Ensure handling of sensitive information with high accuracy and integrity.
• Perform additional related assignments as directed.
