Responsibilities

Areas of Responsibility:

1. Product Line Gross Margin

• Support Controller and be a business partner to the Order Fulfillment Manager.
• Deliver business performance analysis and narratives with focus on revenue, cost of sales, MOH, variances, inventory, capital budget, and headcount.
• Handle all Order Fulfillment related month-end activities such as revenue recognition booking, inventory & COS accruals.
• Monitor and report manufacturing performance and Gross Margin analysis.

Partner with Cost Accounting team and engage in standard cost setting.

Support the controller in strategic planning (SP) and semi-annual financial planning (Fall & Spring PLAN).

Provide support on NPI/Product Transfer and project ROI analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or a professional qualification in Accountancy with 8 to 10 years of work experience.
• Strong communication, analysis, and presentation skills.
• Working knowledge of Oracle & Microsoft Excel. Experience with OneStream and MicroStrategy will be an advantage.
