Job summary

A leading cybersecurity company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Finance Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day financial activities, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and support finance processes. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles and a relevant degree. Strong attention to detail and proficiency in accounting software are essential for this role.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years experience in finance/accounting/HR roles.
  • Familiar with accounting software and proficient in MS Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail, able to work under deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger records.
  • Process invoices, employee claims, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly reports and support budgeting.
  • Ensure compliance with tax filings and liaise with auditors.
  • Administer payroll inputs and generate Payroll report.
  • Maintain employee records and leave management.
  • Support contract reviews for payment terms.

Overview

Role Overview: Responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and supporting finance processes to enable smooth business operations.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger records.
  • Process invoices, employee claims, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly reports, cash flow forecasts, and support budgeting.
  • Ensure compliance with SST, Withholding Tax, LHDN tax filings, and liaise with auditors.
  • Support contract reviews for payment terms and project costing.
  • Administer payroll inputs, benefits and generate Payroll report.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management (Via Odoo System).
  • Maintain employee performance record and KPI management.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years experience in finance/accounting/HR roles.
  • Familiar with accounting software (Autocount) and proficient in MS Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail, able to work under deadlines.
