The Role

In this role, you will be responsible for various financial reporting and accounting processes.

The Person

You are a results-oriented self-starter with excellent communication skills. You possess attention to detail and well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills. You have the ability to adapt to changing priorities and are comfortable with ambiguity.

Key Responsibilities

1. Review Marketing Funding Program documents and ensure Purchase Orders are created in compliance with Company guidelines.
2. Track Purchase Orders and claims to ensure compliance as per Company policies.
3. Process claims to ensure compliance as per Company policies.
4. Perform monthly and quarterly accruals and reconciliation.
5. Work with various Business Units and Finance teams across regions.
6. Identify and implement improvements to business processes.
7. Assume full ownership of ad hoc projects, reports, and analysis as required.

Preferred Experience

1. 3-4 years of experience working in a similar role.
2. Proficiency in spoken and written English (additional languages are a plus).
3. Team player capable of working independently under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
4. High proficiency in Excel.
5. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a shared services environment.

Academic Credentials

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or equivalent.
