Description

1. Report directly to the Managing Director, overseeing core financial reporting functions including financial & management reporting, financial planning, budget control, treasury, funding, tax management, policy development, and related legal work.
2. Participate in feasibility studies and due diligence on potential investments, organize budgets, evaluate cost-effectiveness of manufacturing plants, and advise on investment impacts on cash and profit.
3. Develop and maintain relationships with banks, auditors, and regulators.
4. Ensure internal controls are in place and compliance with laws and regulations related to financial, statutory, audit, and tax reporting.
5. Implement risk management practices to create economic value, focusing on credit and market risks.
6. Source funding, evaluate, and apply for financing and loan instruments.
7. Oversee cash flow projections, manage payment and collection schedules to optimize cash management.
8. Lead periodic budget reviews with the team to assess financial results.
9. Develop tools and systems to provide critical financial and operational information, and make strategic recommendations to enhance business performance.
10. Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

Profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master’s degree is an advantage.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a financial controller or management role is an advantage.
• Experience liaising with banks on funding and project accounting.
• Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
• Knowledge of manufacturing financial operations is an advantage.
• Leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop others.
• Visionary, proactive, and willing to take calculated risks for business growth.
• Attention to detail, alertness, and ability to identify growth, cost-saving opportunities, and process improvements.
• Strong knowledge of current accounting standards.

Job Offer
