Senior Finance Manager (Malaysian Phosphate Additives (Sarawak) Sdn Bhd, Bintulu)

Responsibilities:

  • Set-up, lead, guide & oversee the finance and document controls functions
  • Ensure accurate & timely preparation of monthly management reports & manage the costing & budgeting and forecast processes
  • Manage & analyse financial performance, cash flow & capital allocation
  • Ensure financial reporting is in compliance with statutory requirements and accounting standards
  • Updating board quarterly on financials
  • Risk management on finance issues
  • Liaise with authorities, internal and external auditors, tax agents and bankers on relevant matters and queries
  • Dealing with bankers on financing and lawyers on agreements
  • To support the management with daily operations, office and human resource administration and management
  • Liaise with Group Corporate Communication in matters pertaining to advertisements, donations (and other matters that falls under the purview of Group Corporate Communications)

Requirements:

  • Recognised Degree in Accounting professional qualification in MIA or other relevant qualifications;
  • At least 5 years’ of experience in a finance/accounting and administration role;
  • Strong financial analysis, communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Matured and able to work independently, provide useful and objective advice and input
  • Conversant with Gsuite platform and applications
