Corporate Services Division Management
  • Lead the Finance, Management of Information Services, and Facilities Management departments.
  • Establish division goals aligned with the corporate strategic plan.
  • Manage budgets, including annual estimates and capital projects.
  • Ensure comprehensive reporting to the CEO for decision-making.
Financial Planning and Policy Development
  • Oversee the company's long-term financial planning and business services.
  • Develop policies to support division operations.
  • Ensure compliance with legislation and company policies.
Stakeholder Relations and Internal Communication
  • Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Promote effective internal communication about the company's mission and goals.
Industry Trends and Innovation

Stay informed of trends in automotive, insurance, and financial sectors, recommending innovative approaches to enhance company performance.

Financial Operations and Reporting
  • Manage cash flows, budgets, and financial forecasts.
  • Oversee internal controls and reporting processes.
