• Experience in the manufacturing sector is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and receivables functions.
• Oversee treasury and banking operations.
• Prepare monthly departmental expense MIS with variance analysis.

Skills

Strong technical knowledge in P2P, OTC, R2R processes

Understanding of treasury operations and banking relations

Excellent business partnership and analytical skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Role: Senior Finance Manager

Requirements for Senior Finance Manager

• Manage Accounts payable and receivables functions
• Oversee treasury and banking operations, ensuring compliance and interest cost optimization
• Review and reconcile general ledger and bank statements
• Prepare monthly departmental expense MIS with variance analysis
• Monitor operating results and analyze variances
• Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual financial book closure
• Manage statutory and internal audits
• Prepare annual and long-term expense plans
• Ensure effective cash management and reporting
• Manage operational costs and support CFO in daily operations
• Identify opportunities for financial and operational efficiency improvements
• Develop and implement continuous improvement and automation plans
• Partner with departmental heads to improve operational costs
• Review internal controls and maintain policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with group reporting standards
• Oversee employee training and development

Qualifications and Experience

• Chartered Accountant / CPA qualification
• Experience in the manufacturing sector
• 10+ years of relevant experience in supervisory or senior managerial roles
