Job description

Senior Finance Executive (Property Developer)

We are looking for a Senior Finance Executive to handle the full set of accounts and perform day-to-day operational tasks for a property development company.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage full set of accounts and daily operations of the property development business.
  2. Maintain accurate and updated accounting records.
  3. Monitor and reconcile Trade Receivables and Payables.
  4. Prepare monthly project costing analysis, including material quantities, supplies, consumption, and attributable profit.
  5. Generate monthly financial and management reports.
  6. Assist in audit preparations, including preparing schedules and documentation for auditors.
  7. Ensure tax compliance and coordinate year-end audits.
  8. Prepare annual income tax estimations and revise tax budgets.
  9. Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, company secretary, and suppliers.
  10. Manage current accounts and monitor cash flow, highlighting any shortages or deficits.
  11. Coordinate with banks on loan documentation and follow-ups.
  12. Prepare ad-hoc reports as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
  • Membership in MIA, ACCA, or equivalent is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years (Senior Executive) or 8 years (Assistant Manager) experience in the property development industry.
  • Strong analytical, coordination, and follow-up skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of IFCA system is an advantage.
  • Positive attitude, cheerful, open-minded, and eager to learn.
