A leading manufacturer in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Finance Executive / Finance Executive to manage a full set of accounts and prepare financial reports. The ideal candidate should have experience in the manufacturing sector, be detail-oriented, and demonstrate strong communication skills, particularly in Mandarin. Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience for Finance Executive and 5-8 years for Senior Finance Executive in manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Mandarin, Bahasa Melayu, and English required.
• Background in audit and tax is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle Full set of Accounts including Inventory, AR and AP.
• Prepare monthly financial reports such as P&L and Cash Flow.
• Follow up on customer overdue payments.

Job description

Senior Finance Executive / Finance Executive

Handle Full set of Accounts including Inventory, AR and AP.

Handling communications with clients and vendors via phone, email and in-person

Follow up on customer overdue payments and credit control

Ability to meet account deadlines

Preparing monthly financial reports such P&L, Cash Flow & etc.

Liaise with auditors, Tax Agent, Bankers

Assist in ERP implementation

To monitor all costing and inventory related operation matters, including preparation of inventory reports, cost analysis, stock count

Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by Department Manager/Director

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Finance Executive:2-3 years of experience in industry Manufacturing.

Senior Finance Executive:5-8 years of experience in industry Manufacturing

Strong learning ability, proactive work attitude and good person personality

Good communication skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong knowledge of practices, standards, laws and regulations

Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines and work under pressure

Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems

Having background audit and tax experience

Proficiency in Mandarin, Bahasa Melayu & English. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
