Private Advertiser is seeking a Senior Executive, Finance (Construction) to lead daily accounting operations, mentor junior staff, and oversee end-to-end financial reporting. Candidates with construction accounting, IFCA proficiency, and project costing experience are encouraged to apply.

• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving.
• Professional accounting qualifications encouraged (ACCA/CIMA/CPA/MIA) with relevant degree.
• Experience in construction accounting and project costing preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead full-set monthly, quarterly, and annual closings with accurate journal entries.
• Coach junior accounts team before managerial sign-off.
• Monitor project costs vs budgets and flag overruns to protect profitability.
• Assist in annual plans, rolling forecasts, and cash-flow projections.
• Coordinate tax estimates, SST/GST filings, and year-end tax computations.
• Liaise with auditors and bankers for audits and financing documents.
• Drive process improvements to enhance controls and efficiency.
