Job Description

We are looking for a Finance Executive to support our financial operations, reporting, and analysis.

Responsibilities

As a Finance Executive, you will support in media finance operations, including but not limited to:· On-boarding of new suppliers and clients

· Jobs monitoring, analysis and closing

· Issue/check billing instructions to shared service team and ensure 100% billing completion before end of following month of activity

· Revenue recognition and reconciliation of WIP account. Review completeness and accuracy once posted in ERP System

· Resolve/respond to client billing queries

· Resolve issues in supplier invoices in co-ordination with Media/Operations team

· Work closely with respective teams on issue resolutions

· Regular WIP meeting with Stakeholders

· Accounts Payable responsibilities

Qualifications

· Minimum 1 year of relevant experience with at least a Diploma in Finance/Accounting or qualified professional certification

· Prior hands-on experience in Accounting or Accounts Receivables/Billing operations for media industry an advantage, but not mandatory as training would be provided

· Strong in numbers and intermediate in Microsoft Excel (such as pivot table and v-lookup)

· Analytical, meticulous with a positive attitude to learn fast and work hard

· Good team player and able to work with minimal supervision
