Job Description

  • Assist on general ledger close and period-end processing activities in accordance with agreed schedules.
  • Process journal entries including cost allocations and management-directed adjustment
  • Conduct detailed reconciliations of general ledger accounts, including advance and other related accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Reconcile balances and period-end activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial record keeping.
  • Facilitate the accurate recording, reconciliation, and analysis of intercompany transactions, including payments, cash applications, and eliminations.
  • Ensure precise and timely recording of asset lifecycle transactions, including acquisitions, depreciation, retirements, and disposals.
  • Ensure compliance with intercompany accounting principles throughout period-end close activities and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal control policies.


The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Finance Executive should have:

  • 5+ years of experience working with an accounting department
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • Prior experience in audit is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced knowledge of Excel functions such as VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
  • Proficiency with ERP and online banking platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
