The Senior Finance Executive - Reporting is essential to the finance team, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and analysis. This role focuses on preparing monthly management reports, managing general ledger transactions, and supporting the company’s financial health. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex financial data to support senior management decisions.

Job descriptions:

Prepare monthly Management Reports and audit schedules.

Compile Financial Statements and send P&L reports to PCEO/HOD.

Ensure Journal Vouchers are properly documented and posted.

Follow up on unposted transactions and unresolved jobs.

Review GL transactions and resolve any discrepancies.

Analyze financial data and investigate variances.

Oversee inter-company reconciliations.

Prepare and submit SST reports.

Manage QML accounts.

Support the finance team with day-to-day tasks.

Assist with ad-hoc assignments.

Requirements:

· Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

· Minimum 5 years of working experience in Finance or Accounting, with solid exposure to financial reporting, audit preparation, and tax compliance.

· Strong financial reporting skills with attention to accuracy and deadlines.

· Well-versed in local tax regulations, including SST, and financial compliance requirements.

· Proficient in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting.

· Good command of English, both written and spoken.

· Excellent communication skills, able to explain financial matters clearly across departments.
