Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in finance/accounting.
• Good command of English, both written and verbal.
• Previous financial analyst exposure is an advantage.

Job description

Perform monthly closing and prepare financial, management, and consolidated reports, including balance sheets (AP, AR, general ledger, fixed assets, inventory).

Develop budgets, forecasts, and perform variance & financial analysis on various financial reports.

Handle intercompany transactions and maintain accurate documentation.

Support all administrative & operational aspects of sales activities and claims.

Handle bank-related matters, including preparation of payments, cash flow projections, bank reconciliations.

Liaise with banks on account management and transaction matters, including creation/deletion of users and access rights amendments.

Ensure compliance with local tax, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements, and coordinate audits across group entities.

Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in finance/accounting; previous financial analyst exposure is an advantage.

Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or ACCA equivalent.

Good command of English, both written and verbal.

Excellent organizational skills and ability to maintain confidentiality of company data.

Good interpersonal skills and ability to work harmoniously with stakeholders.

Self-motivated and able to work independently during month-end closures.
