Senior Finance Executive

Senior finance executive is responsible for monthly consolidation and preparation of the consolidated financial statements. You play a pivotal role in supporting external audits and business partnering with local finance teams, other corporate and business functions on a regional level. You are also required to support ad-hoc projects such as coordinating regional projects to drive workflow improvements/ automation, strengthen internal controls and/or enhance efficiency.

Essentials to Succeed

• At least 3 years of relevant experience, including preferably experience in a Big 4 audit firm.
• Strong hands-on experience in financial reporting, month- and year-end closing and handling group accounting issues and group audit.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with different teams.
• A self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, analytical and problem-solving skills, and a keen eye for detail.
• Independently diagnose and identify data quality issues and work with other teams to find solutions.
• Past experience working in technological start-ups is preferred.
• Knowledge of IFRS and SFRS.
• Proficient in Excel, including preferably experience in SQL and accounting system (e.g. Netsuite).
