Job description

Propose and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure efficient financial operations.

Monitor and analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.

Prepare and present financial reports for management and stakeholders.

Develop and implement strategies to effectively manage the company's cash and funds, optimize cash flow, and maximize profitability across all business units.

Identify and mitigate financial risks as well as financial trends for the future.

Liaise with auditors and other external parties to ensure financial compliance.

Supervise team members and manage job tasks effectively.

Develop and implement budget plans aligned with company projects, goals, and objectives.

Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

At least 3 years of experience in a finance role.
