About the role

Infinite Loop Media Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Finance Executive to join our dynamic team in Johor Bahru, Johor. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the company's financial accounting and reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

What you'll be doing

Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support business decisions.

Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.

Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial records are up-to-date.

Assist in implementing the E-Invoice system and fulfil the audit request & government policy.

Support month-end and year-end closing processes.

Maintain accurate and organized financial documentation.

Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.

Familiarity with Malaysia government policy and regulation

Provide general administrative support to group finance as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 3-4 years of experience in finance or accounting

Strong numerical and analytical skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Deep understanding of financial principles and Malaysia tax regulations.
