Key Responsibilities
Finance/ Commercial Delivery
- Assist in managing, controlling, and directing the financial functions of the client finance and corporate finance teams.
- Business partner with GAE to enhance operational efficiency and improve client delivery.
- Serve as a secondary point of escalation for both internal and external client-related issues and help maintain robust client relationships.
- Assist in tracking contractual KPIs and SLAs with clients and conduct periodic reviews with client finance leads.
- Contribute to effective stakeholder management across diverse business requirements.
- Support the development and implementation of best practices and innovative client finance solutions.
- Participate in new business initiatives, including contributing to RFPs and client presentations.
- Offer support in strategic decision-making related to contracts, pricing, and operational processes.
- Help ensure compliance with internal controls and support the evolution of these controls to align with Corporate Solutions SOC1 attestations.
- Co-manage governance and compliance oversight over client and JLL set of books, including leadership over audits or reviews as necessary.
- Support the maintenance of cash and balance sheet health and manage finance cost-to-serve in accounts P&L.
- Engage in broader Finance and Business strategic initiatives
Transitions and Business Transformation
- Assist in managing client onboarding and offboarding resource models.
- Support commercial validation and risk assessment during transitions and transformations.
- Act as a business partner with the Client Finance Transition Team, TMO, Sales, Procurement, Legal, and HR SMEs.
- Help guide client finance teams through the stabilization period.
- Identify opportunities to address risks and drive cost efficiencies through enhanced support models.
- Contribute to business process improvements through technology product rollouts.
- Collaborate with JBS to optimize the use of centralized structures
Leading the organization
- Contribute to defining career paths and succession planning within the finance team.
- Mentor and manage team members, fostering their professional development and learning.
- Support the promotion of the JLL brand and enhance team cohesiveness.
- Assist in creating a talent pipeline for future portfolio finance role
