Senior Finance Associate / Finance Associate (2 positions)

About the roles:
The positions – RTR is responsible for managing end to end RTR activities including period end close activities, fixed asset management, intercompany transactions, balance sheet reconciliation, financial and management reporting, local statutory and tax support for APAC region.


What you’ll Do

  • Coordinate with business controllers to ensure accuracy and timeliness in
  • processing General Ledger (GL) entries at the month/year end closing activities.
  • Responsible to prepare the monthly balance sheet reconciliation and ensure that all the accounts are reconciled accurately.
  • Responsible for preparation and closing of monthly and annually financial statements ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Identifying trends, patterns, and potential issues in the financial data.
  • Coordinate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support and complete the financial tasks assigned.
  • Proactively work with the team lead/manager to identify, propose, an implement continuous process improvement and automation initiatives within the RTR function to increase the efficiency.
  • Maintain and update the internal controls framework, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including AP/AR/Cash Management team to support business requirements.
  • Responsible to perform forecast, budgeting, and cash flow management.
  • Assist in ad-hoc reporting and financial analysis as needed.

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance with min 5 years of relevant working experience
  • Good knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP & well versed in MS Excel
  • Fluent written and spoken in English and Mandarin, Cantonese would be added advantage as to handle Hong Kong country
