The incumbent will uphold SJ Group values, manage confidential information, and ensure governance and controls are applied across financial processes in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics, or related discipline (MBA preferred).
• Experience in a corporate environment in a similar role.
• Understanding of cost control and business management principles.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Ability to build strong relationships within the group and beyond.
• Capable of delivering quality outcomes under tight deadlines.
• Growing knowledge of accounting procedures.
• Proficient in spreadsheets, data analysis and reconciliation.
• Strong administration and procedural skills.
• Ability to prioritize work independently and work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent interpersonal skills in a diverse, multi-disciplinary environment.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft applications and financial applications.
