Job Description

• Support the month-end close for R2R, ensuring GL Close on time.
• Review and analyze Intercompany Profit Tracker submissions.
• Manage Inventory (stock provisions, NRV, transfer pricing, PPV, Standard Cost).
• Prepare financial analyses for P&L and Balance Sheet related to Cost and Inventory.
• Present P&L and BS to market FBP/FD for Inventory and Cost (if required).
• Review and prepare balance sheet reconciliations.
• Ensure adherence to Haleon Controls with all required evidence documented and stored.
• Handle ad-hoc requests from LOC and management.
• Review intercompany reconciliations.
• Propose process improvements for Inventory processes.

Job Requirements

• Passionate Senior Subject Matter Expert (Finance) with relevant attributes.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or relevant fields.
• Strong background in Inventory and Cost Accounting, including intercompany, as an SME.
• Strong management reporting experience.
• Strong audit background with excellent attention to detail.
• Preferably CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent.
