Job description

We're a recruitment technology company that builds platforms connecting employers with job seekers. We don't headhunt or place candidates—we build the software and systems that make hiring happen at scale.

Since 2013, we've developed multilingual job platforms (Maukerja, Ricebowl) that serve Malaysia's diverse workforce. While other job portals focused only on English‑speaking executives, we saw 36% of the working population being left out. So we built tech that bridges that gap.

McDonald's, AEON, Watsons—they use our platforms. Not because we have recruiters calling candidates for them, but because our technology works.

Why People Actually Stay Here

You're building technology that scales impact One feature you build can help thousands of people find jobs. One algorithm improvement can match better candidates to better roles. You're not doing one-to-one placements you're building systems that work 24/7 across Malaysia.

Tech company, not an agency We write code, build products, analyze data, and improve user experiences. Our office looks like a tech startup, not a recruitment agency with cubicles and cold‑calling quotas. We're solving distribution and matching problems through technology.

Malaysian tech company solving Malaysian problems We understand local market realities multilingual job seekers, smartphone‑first users, industries with high turnover. We're not trying to copy LinkedIn or Indeed. We built something that actually works here.
