Responsibilities:

• Monitor and supervise field operations to ensure smooth running.
• Assist in supervising daily activities such as harvesting, field maintenance, replanting, and nursery management to achieve targets and deliver good performance.
• Assist in estate operational management, including utilization of human resources and materials, and mitigation of pests and diseases in the plantation.
• Manage stores (fertilizer, chemicals, POL, etc.), machinery, and other tools.
• Coordinate and manage subordinate workers, ensuring adherence to best practices and safety protocols.
• Monitor and evaluate worker performance, provide training, and address issues or concerns.
• Ensure compliance with good agricultural practices and estate administration, including RSPO, MSPO, and OSH requirements.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports, and perform any other tasks assigned by superiors.
• Maintain estate management standards in accordance with agricultural practices and company requirements.
