Job summary

You will collaborate with Product Engineering, Process Integration, Test, and Quality groups to classify defects and ensure robust analysis. The role emphasizes advanced electrical characterization, tool operation, and leadership of the CE PYE team, with AI experience considered advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or equivalent experience or Master’s/PhD in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to present in large meetings.
• Strong drive to excel and be a great teammate.
• AI proficiency or experience with AI-enabled work methods is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Advanced electrical device characterization to identify fail mechanisms.
• Operate fault isolation equipment to narrow failure locations.
• Perform physical failure analysis to identify defects.
• Hypothesize electrical or process failure mechanisms to support improvements.
• Collaborate with frontend to backend and Global Quality groups to resolve defects.
• Prepare and present electrical and physical failure mechanisms weekly.
• Develop new fault isolation/physical failure analysis techniques.
• Lead and coordinate CE PYE technicians and tools uptime.
