Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Export/Import Coordinator (Night Shift) to join our growing Malaysia team. The ideal candidate will have at least 4–5 years of hands-on freight forwarding experience, covering both export and import operations. The role involves managing complex operational tasks independently and acting as a key liaison with carriers, vendors, and internal departments.

Responsibilities include:

1. Coordinating daily export and import shipments, including booking, tracking, and problem-solving.
2. Preparing shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
3. Liaising with carriers, agents, and vendors to ensure compliance with schedules and documentation.
4. Assisting with customs clearance and ensuring regulatory compliance.
5. Maintaining organized shipment records and documentation.
6. Communicating with overseas agents and internal teams to ensure timely cargo movements.

Requirements:

• 4–5 years of freight forwarding experience in export/import.
• Strong knowledge of shipping documentation, Incoterms, and customs procedures.
• High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple shipments under pressure.
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
• Responsible, organized, and capable of working independently within established processes.

This is a fully on-site role; WFH is not available.

Preferred qualifications include a Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields, but this is not mandatory.

This is a fixed night shift role: Tuesday to Saturday, 12:00 AM – 9:00 AM.

Night shift and transport allowances will be provided.

Working during Malaysian public holidays is required to align with U.S. public holiday schedules. Compensation at the public holiday rate will be provided when working on Malaysian holidays.
