A leading company in the FMCG sector is seeking a Senior Executive for Trade Marketing. This role entails collaboration with various teams to devise and execute marketing strategies aimed at enhancing product visibility and driving sales. The ideal candidate must possess a degree in a related field and a minimum of three years' experience in trade marketing, demonstrating strong analytical and communication skills.

Act as the Key liaison between client Commercial Sales, client Marketing & DKSH Channel Leads/Sales Managers in developing and executing trade marketing plans in-line with Sales & Marketing objectives, including: -
i) Identifying key accounts for Promotion implementation and align on allocations based on growth targets.
ii) Propose and align on impactful display supports to gain strong visibility in key accounts.
iii) Shortlist accounts for NPD launches basis aligned NPD launch process
iv) Consolidate overall national campaign & channel execution details for communication to the rest of the sales operation team in monthly trade bulletins.
Perform tracking update for promotion executions based on agreed timeline and provide timely feedback on what's working well and what's not during execution for immediate rectification.
Perform post-evaluation of all national campaigns, including in-store promotion initiatives.
Provide competitor information ie. Prepare and update monthly Pricing Tracker & Promotion Mechanics, new product launches, give update on any new competitor trade promotion activities etc.
Work closely with KAM and Smollan(merchandisers) to ensure timely placement of marketing materials in-store (POSM/Promo price up on time, promo stock availability)
Work closely with DKSH Client Management & VAS team to ensure Co-packing and product rework (stickering) is being done on a timely basis to meet trade selling plans.
Work with Marketing to update on Must Sell SKU (MSS) for respective Channels on a need basis.
Work with Channel Leads & DKSH National Sales Managers/Key Account Managers to develop Channel exclusive promotions to drive sales /close sales gaps.
Job Requirements :
Degree in Business Studies/Marketing/Economics or a related discipline.
Minimum three years’ experience in a similar role for FMCG industry.
Demonstrate strong understanding of FMCG industry/business/products
Demonstrate communication skills
Strong analytical background and knowledge of statistical analysis methods
Demonstrate fluency in English, both written and spoken
Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
