AirAsia is seeking a Senior Executive in Talent Management to help nurture new leaders and design training programs. The ideal candidate will work closely with the manager and various stakeholders to ensure quality delivery of talent initiatives, while also contributing to the growth of the organization. Job Description
As a Senior Executive in Talent Management, you'll be the partner in crime to our Manager, Talent Management helping to nurture our next generation of leaders, design killer training programs, and ensure everyone has the tools to shine. WHAT YOU’LL CHAMPION:
Support and work closely with identified learning providers to co-create high-quality training solutions (e.g. e-learning, instructor-led courses) for delivery on a regional scale aligned to business goals and priorities.
Manage, execute and facilitate (if needed) end to end talent development programs and initiatives (e.g. talent & leadership programs, mentoring, online courses) to ensure seamless delivery. This includes pre and post program activities such as onboarding new training providers, logistical support, training evaluation feedback, and etc.
Ensure effective communication, adoption and deployment of learning initiatives to all levels of stakeholders (e.g. Allstars, Head of Departments/ Line Managers, and People Department).
Conduct annual training needs analysis within AirAsia by collaborating with key stakeholders to obtain meaningful feedback.
Work closely with Manager, Talent Management in developing talent management frameworks as and when required and be the talent champion for the People Department.
Support and implement talent assessments initiatives required for different employee cycles i.e. hiring, promotion and talent identification.
Manage and ensure seamless implementation to management trainee programs in terms of coordinating job rotation, regular check-ins, execute mentoring and development programs.
Research new training tools and methodologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of learning programs.
Work collaboratively with Outclass on various learning and development projects.
Support and work closely with the People Operations team to ensure correct application and tracking of HRDC levy funds, ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines.
Support in resolving operational issues, highlight and propose sustainable solutions in addressing them.
Act as a back-up to the Manager on managing stakeholders’ expectations as and when required.

Has a bachelor degree in psychology or something equally interesting with 2-3 years of working experience
Have some experience in creating dashboards
